Bus System:
The Fairbanks North Star Borough provides the Metropolitan Area Commuter System (MACS) bus transportation throughout the City with routes between North Pole and Fairbanks. Roads and Rails:
The Richardson Highway and the Alaska Railroad pass through the city linking the city to the rest of the state and Canada.
