Medical Marijuana recommendations are $75. The most a patient will pay is $204.30 ($75 to Bloom for the office visit and $25 application & $104.30 or $22.50 to the OMMA). Veterans are processed for free but still must pay the OMMA fee of $104.30/$22.50 (if 100% disabled).

To book an appointment you must have a valid credit or debit card. You must also have a picture to prove your identity. This image will be used for your OMMA application if you elect for us to complete your application for you. Please follow the instructions here for guidance on the picture requirement. You will need to prove residency in the state of Oklahoma. Due to OMMA restrictions, we are currently only able to process Oklahoma State Issued IDs, Driver licenses, and US Passports with a lease or utility bill to prove residency. Your appointment will be canceled if you cannot prove you are a resident of Oklahoma. Please be prepared to upload the documents and pay for your appointment at the time of booking.

Please have your paperwork completed 1 hour before your appointment time to and please register with the OMMA at omma.ok.gov before your appointment to expedite the process of completing your application.
